Love the picture and the dog, As a dog behaviourist, i can see that this dog sees the child as a play thing and not as member of the family that the dog needs to protect....Care should be taken it would only take a second for any dog to seriously hurt a baby..I get many owners saying that there dog is a safe family pet, and like i say this is no such thing, (if your dog was ill, hot, irrated, or stressed out) the dog could attack.
I have had big dogs for many years and no my self, dogs have off days too!

We have a Neo Mastiff; Dixy. She loves playing with our 4 yr. old son; Hunter and 1 yr. old; Jadaci. I love taking pics of them together!!!! I love your pic!! People stereotype "big" dogs to be aggressive and overpowering with kids when in reality they are gentle and I trust her more than I would a teacup ch.

Very cute pic!!!!!

What an adorable photo! Reminds me of photos I have of my kids with our big Akita, Cochise. He was so tolerant and the kids were so intrusive. He never growled, no matter what they did. We even have a photo of him laying on our deck, with our two year old standing on top of him, peering over the fence across the expanse of our backyard, mountain view.
