To populate "toy" breeds so they don't scare the children, is a disservice to the children. Sorry, big dogs are scary, but they are heroic and can save you when in a spot. I agreed not to offend anybody to post on this site (whatever happened to free speech?) But the issues of forced castration of all male dogs is also one of the ethical treatment of animals.
