General Feeding Guidlines for Dogs
Once your puppy has gone home the real fun begins! In order to ensure that you are meeting the needs of your puppy, here are some general guidelines to follow with feeding. Keep in mind however that your puppy time varies depending on the size of the dog. For example, a giant breed like a Newfoundland is considered a puppy until the age of 3.
3 months old: Feed 3-4 times per day
4-5 months old: Feed 2-3 times per day
6 months old and on: Feed twice a day
