I need help in finding the perfect name for my little girl that will be here  soon.  The middle name is going to Elizabeth after my grandmother.  But I really like unusual first names not really popular ones.

I also like diffent spellings.  So does anyone have any ideas? Grin

Some of the unique girl names in my irish family:

Sinead

Finola

Rosaleen

Norma

Majella

and my favorite:

Eavan (pronouced phonetically like Evonne) actually its really more like e-vaan (like rhymes with Canne - film festival)

and of course i forgot my name Ciara (pronounced Kiera) which means beloved.  Course everyone mispronounces that all the time.    Embarrassed  And my sister's name is Zoe, which is greek.

Ciara

Mom to:
Madigan "Maddie" (3 y.o. Bernese)
Brenna (4 y.o. Bernese)
And Priscilla, Mabel and Jasmine, our feline friends

My name is Sadie, which I love because it isn't too obscure or tricky, and people can pronounce it, yet I've met VERY few other people named Sadie. I was named after my great grandmother, and I tend to like old-fashioned names, although many of these are coming back into vogue. Here are a few I like: Grace, Eva, Viola, Amelia, Charlotte, Lila, Lisette, Susannah, Vivian.

These all made my short list before we picked Sabine's name:

Suzannah is a cool name.  those southern names are coming back you know.

and i'm all about Grace as a name.

Payton is such a simple name...kinda girly but strong.  and it's not always a football name.  but it's a plus if Daddy likes it.

Middle names might be a pain though.

Payton Grace
Payton Michelle
Payton Suzanna
Payton Clair
Payton Elizabeth

A friend of mines daughters name is Paydon instead of Peyton.  She thought it seemed more like a girls name Smiley

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.  If you can't eat it or hump it.  Piss on it and walk away.
