Hi, I am new to this site and I ahve notice some of you have a picture next to your replis; how do you do that?

On the right side of the screen, scroll down to "User tools" and click on "profile." Now, on the left side of that page, under "modify profile" click on "forum profile information." Where it then says upload my own picture, just click browse to find your dog's picture in your picture files, select it and voila!
