I think I'd rather have Spotakiss arrest me than those dogs!  Maybe I'd get some slobbery kisses instead of losing an arm ???  That is just crazy how mean those dogs are trained to be.  Cool Crazy!  Go Fido!

For some reason, that picture of Spotakiss always makes me think of the movie "The Full Monty", where they do the striptease with the police uniforms on... Maybe it is the jaunty angle of his hat...   ;D
