My sister and her fiance's lab, Smokes, finally succumbed to bone cancer and other problems.  He waits patiently for them to join him at the bridge.  He was a fantastic dog and fought to the end.  We will miss his smiling face at all of the family functions!   :'(

I'm sorry to hear about Smoke...It sounds as if he was a very courageous dog until the end.

Always so sad to hear that a beloved friend has gone to the bridge - I'm sure he will wait patiently for his loved ones.
