I think it's a very sensible "answer" to the grading system. I never liked the system because it left too much information out of theloop and gave points for basically nothing. I still believe that people need to really know what is actually in a food....For instance, I know the person who manufactures the food I use. I know he uses fresh chicken that hasn't been frozen. I also know he includes organ meat...And I know LOTS about the actual process and the regulations they are under. That being said...The grading system never took any real information into account imo, so I never used it.
