We had a super cool B-day Party Saturday for Koby!  We had a terrible ice/snow storm all weekend and couldn't go anywhere so we spent lots of time partying! lol  We bought Koby a Cuz toy and he LOVES it!  Here are some pics of the Spongebob B-day Party!  We all had lots of fun!  ;D

Well I had to kinda "make up" the recipe.  Koby has some wierd digestive issues so I had to use ingredients that I knew wouldn't cause him problems, here's the recipe:

1c Oatmeal Flour
1t Baking Soda
1/4c Peanut Butter
Little bit of oil
1/2c Shredded Carrots
1/2c Bananas
1t Vanilla
Little bit of honey
1 egg
Baked at 350 for 30 min.

It smelled soooo good, and tasted good too! lol The recipe I had called for mashed up cottage cheese for the frosting, but Koby's lactose intolerant so I just used oatmeal/peanut butter/water and food processed it til it looked like frosting, after I frosted the cake it didn't taste so good.  hahahaha Koby liked it, and that's all that matters AND he never had any booty blow outs which was super duper important! lol  ;D

Oh My what a cutie!!!  Looks like the birthday party was a blast and no booty blowouts are always a plus!! 

I'm loving the streamer necklace too!  Very chic Koby!

Thanks for all the compliments, I just love my boy! lol  It's just amazing to me he's already 3, I still remember the day I brought him home, it doesn't seem like that long ago.  I really wish I would have gotten some pics of him playing with his Cuz toy for the first time, it was hilarious watching him prance around!  He was soooo happy he's obsessed with super loud squeeky toys. lol
