Riley turned 2 today.  ;D

He's still kind of skinny and weighed only 127 pounds the last time I weighed him, down from a high of 132. I think he's only gained 15 pounds or so this year, which is weird, b/c he should have done a lot more filling out, especially from 18-24 months. His parents are 135 and 185. He's pretty tall-almost 31 inches at the withers-just kind of skinny. He eats and doesn't look emaciated, just thin for a Saint, I guess. The vet says he's healthy, and I'm okay with him being thinner as long as that's the case. Sadie, on the other hand, has gained weight this year and didn't need to!

Awwww, he's so cute!  He sure looks healthy and happy.  ;D  My BP's have added a fair bit of weight between 2 & 3 as their puppy energy settles down a little and they finally put on a few pounds.  It's probably good long term for his joints too that he's still rather slim.  Happy 2nd Birthday, Riley!!    :-*

I know what you mean about the tall/skinny thing. Bubba hasen't really filled out either and he's almost 29 months old now.

Riley looks wonderful and sooooo happy and content.  I bet he loves you sooooo much.  I wonder if he will ever give up that cuddly stuffed toy?  Why should he.  Looks like he has it going on.......
