I have asked this question on other sites and am still not getting a straight answer. I bought an AKC registered blue female chow chow and her eyes are a greenish/grey color. Is this comon in a blue chow and is she going to grow out of it? (http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s217/cleopatra20043/HPIM1214.jpg) ???

I would say by her size they aren't going to change...I don't really know anything about blue chows, but very small pups sometimes have a blue look to their eyes, but by the time they are weaning it is usually gone. Your dog is very cute. The only other advise I have is too look around on the net and maybe e-mail some breeders etc.

Have you checked out this site? http://www.chowwelfare.com/cciw/chowinfo.htm

I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with Chows. I just wanted to say that she is really beautiful and welcome to BPO. ;D You'll find a lot of nice dog lovers here!

Sorry, no idea if she will grow out of it but she is gorgeous the way she is now!

She is actually very large for her age and a little devil girl to boot! She is only 11 weeks old as of yesterday and she allready knows how to open the front screen door and escape...oh vei what did I get myself into?? LOL! Thanks for all the compliments I don't really care if they change or not I was just told by someone that it is a pigment dilution and a fault. I think that she is beautifull just the way she is I was just wondering if it was something that was common. Thanks all!!

I also don't think her eyes will change and often blue colored dogs will have lighter eyes.
She is a gorgeous dog, as well is your other chow.
