Hello everyone :) I've been thinking a lot about supplements and such for Lucca -he's only 7 weeks and 20 lbs now, so it might be a bit too early -is it ever?
I've been doing some research and I have to say, BPO has been the best source! I got great brand and dosage recommendation s and couldn't be hapier ;D So I'm just wondering when is a good age to start a pup on glucosamin/chondroitin and salmon oil?
BTW, my brother's rottie has HD, and when she was diagnosed a little over a year ago they got her on glucosamin and chondroiting. I called him this morning to ask if they also give her fish (salmon) oil and he said no. So I told him he should start giving her some because I read (here at BPO) that it helps with the absorption of the glucosamin/chondroitin. He just said ok, but I could tell he wasn't really listening (oh engineers...) so I decided to go over his head and called his wife ;D this is how much this site affects my behavior! ::)
