so it was the first day Lucca spends without me constantly around. I know Frida does well while I'm at work, but of course I was totally worried about Lucca while I was gone :P I left him in his crate this morning -he went in on his own, right before I had to go (at 7:20ish am). I came back at about 10:00, let him out, played, fed him lunch (Frida doesn't get lunch), and left again at about 12:30... and then came home for the day at 6:00 pm... I was so worried!!! But he did just fine ;D I'm so proud of him! tomorrow I'll try to maybe come in a little later and leave later too... We'll see how that works...

Lucca's feeder has 3 levels: floor, medium, and full. I tried raising it to see if he would eat his meals better (when on the floor, he usually leaves a lot in the dish). Oh yeah, messy apartment... check out my recycling on top of my good-will pile.... i should organize!
