I take her to the vets office at 8 am on Thursday morning. She's getting Spayed, plus her hips X-Rayed at the same time. I was going to have Gastropexy done as well, but the docter who does those broke a finger and I don't think I'd feel comfortable with a guy with a splinted finger rooting around in my babies tummy. I took her in on Saturday, her weight is up to 88lbs, and she's happy and healthy. The vet did a range of motion on her and said everything feels great, said the Glucosamine is doing it's job but I should up it to 2 tblspns every morning. :D :D :D

Why are you X-Raying her hips now? She is too young and her bones/joints will be changing until she is 2 :-\

We're back home now, she's sleeping like a big white log in the kitchen. She was so excited to see me at the vets office at 5 that she nearly knocked over Dr. Scholl! lol The X-Rays were good, so nothing lost nothing gained there :). Ended up costing me an extra $106 then originally expected, that was because of her size, she needed extra pain meds I guess. But they clipped her nails for me, and cleaned her ears! lol ::) :)
She's on bed rest for the next 10 days, then we'll go back to get her sutures out and go to the dog park for the first time in quite a while. :D :D :D

Glad to hear everything went well. Not try and keep her quiet for 10 days. :) Good luck with that. LOL :D
