I would assume that either her mum was in a quirky mood, or Miss Lily is in the bleeding stage of her estrous cycle. ;)

Yep, Lily is in a pouring stage of estrous cycle and her mom is sick of changing, washing, buying panties :P ::) A little joke helps to brighten these days ;D
