I'm guess I'm quite a drive, but if your ever in Omaha let me know. Anyone in my area? Maybe we can have an upper midwest get together.

Well, you missed me by 1.5 years. Of course I didn't have my dane then, but I lived in Sioux Falls SD for 20 yrs.
When I move to IL next year, I'd love to do a midwest get together.

Somewhere b/t DeKalb and North Aurora. Hubby wants to go to NIU in DeKalb, and North Aurora (where his brother lives) would be the farthest he would want to commute. Personally, I'd like to be as far from family as possible, but I try not to make it too obviously known. ::)

That'd be cool!...My in laws are in council Bluffs but I never intend to visit there again as Samson & Pippin aren't welcomed...Dar n! :D ;D

Hey! I'm so new I haven't even posted my into. yet, but I'm here in Durant, about 15 miles west of the Quad-Cities.
I'd love to get together any time, either at the upper Midwest one or somewhere between here and Dubuque. Does Maquoketa have a dog park by any chance?
I'm Therese, and am owned by five dogs: one great dane (to make me official! lol), one German shepherd, a dobe/border collie cross, and two English bulldogs.

Well you know I'm about an hour away from ya Gyps! I'll have to wait for the snow to melt tho I HATE driving in the snow, makes me a nervous wreck! ;D

I used to live in Sioux Falls, SD............ .....there were never any big dog people around when you want them.......... ....lol. Of course, I didn't have a big dog at the time, but still. ;D

OMG! Bonnie that is great! My pyrs name is Kiah. She's 9 months old. We should definately get together. I sent you an emal.
If we have a midwest get together I think it will be great in the spring. We will have a dog park by then.
