My friend has been looking for a GSD pup for a while so I've been keeping an eye out for him. Well I found a breeder and I went over to look for him today. OMG I want them SO bad. The little blue boy just sat by me and then came up in my lap and gave me kisses. Too adorable! Just thought I would share!

Def the budget thing. My friend just came by and saw the pics. He's planing on getting Mr Blue tonight or tomorrow. Puppy for me to play with! :D

OMG!! They are tooooo cute! I wanna see more pics of them, I just love that floppy ear! lol Are they supposed to be that black or is it just me? I was thinking they were supposed to have more brown on them. Doesn't really matter they're still super adorable!

Their dad was all black, mom was standard Sable with the black Saddle. I THINK this is called black Sable, I dunno. I'll look it up. Their Daddy is a German Import at Shutzhund Level 3 and he's a National Agility and Tracking champ. Mommy is an obedience and agility dog, but she isn't titled yet. They both got OFA Good on their hips and Elbows (Dad 80% and mom 75%). One of the reasons that they chose the dad is his rock solid temperament. He's workign lines but he's not "Busy". Once he does what you tell him he'll rest his head on your lap. Mommy growled at me when I came up, then ran away and brought me a bone to throw for her.  ;) Go figure. Daddy has been DNA tested because he's used so much, and all the pups have been as well. I had to call Moni because I was like "I don't know what to ask a GSD breeder!" Give me a Dane breeder and I'll give yu a list up the wazoo!Â
One thing I was surprised at was how big they were. I mean granted I don't think of Sanity as all that big, but I swear to God that those puppies at 9 weeks are as big as he was at 12 weeks! I guess they just don't grow as much. They range from 21 - 25 pounds, and their dad was a lean 80-90. AND NO BANANA HOCKS! :P

The black & tans are usually born mostly black and then the tan starts creeping out more and more. I was shocked when Faust started growing up. :o)
Here's puppy pictures of Faust, you can see the difference from when he was 7wks, 4 months, 6 months, 1yr and then 7yrs. :o) Too cool!

I love GSD's too!
The little ones look like Tulsa would be as a pup.
I just wish I knew her as a puppy, but she came to me almost full grown at 1 year old.
With a black tongue!
So the Chow is there.
She has mellowed so much in the last 6 months.
Not as Frantic, or Manic!
But totally devoted to me.
There ain't nothin' like a dog that loves you to make you a better person.

Jim just called me. He should be going to get Blue tonight. The pups' official name is Albert right now, but he'll be changing that. He's going to bring him to work with him. I offered him our crate. He says he's not going to need it, but we'll see :P Regardless I get to go shopping for pupy stuff later! YAY!
