Now that the new year is upon us, it is time to get back to business! ;D The January Costume Contest is upon us so now is the time to begin planning what to dress your doggie as.
The rules are the same as before, submit your themed pic to me (jabear@gmail.com) with your dog's name and your name/username by the due date, everyone has one week to vote and then the winner is announced the following Sunday.
One new addition though for 2006- each winner (male & female) will be receiving a prize when the polls close! It will be mailed to your home so be sure that you enter to win. :)
January's Theme: Superbowl Dogs (players, fans, cheerleaders)
Submission Dates: Jan. 9-14
Polls Open: Jan. 15-21
Winners announced: Jan. 22

umm who's in the super bowl? I'm not a sports fan so I need to know what to dress Maggie up as!!

Nobody knows who's in it yet (they need to finish playoffs or whatever), and it doesn't even really matter for the contest. Dress Maggie up for any old team you like! :)

Yah Megan, whatever you feel like dressing the fur kids up as is fine with us as long as it relates to football.

Ive got my camera back,finally from getting fixed,so Ill try to enter Spotakiss.He doesnt exactly sit still for me when he knows its important!

I might not be able to make it into the contest this month. I don't own any football/cheerleading things I can dress zoey up in in real life, and my laptop is dead :-\ which means no photoshop (I have to use Dan's laptop and it doesn't have PS )

i put in a picture of fumble when he was younger.. but it was too perfect to pass up on! plus, after sunday's game i've retired my NY Giants jersey till next season.. it was too painful to even put away! sniffle!

I am new to the costume contest.
Any rules....restr ictions .....anything I should know about before I attempt to wrangle my puppers into some costume for my pleasure and yours? ;D

My slave (Mark) will be adorning me as a Dallas Cowboy Chairleader. But I do hate so to show up and make all those human charileaders look so plain.
But I as sure with some therapy they will recover.
