Food Discussion & Information / Fussy Eater - Leonberger

I have a 2.5 year old male Leonberger - he is the most fussy eater ever - some days he eats 2 meals a day then others he eats 1 and others he eats none.
Just when I think I am getting him to the right weight he goes off his food and mopes around and the weight seems to drop off so quickly.
The vet think he is a smidge under what he should be by about 5 kg
I aim to feed him twice daily portion 225 Grammes of Royal Canin Kibble mixed with either 100 grammes of raw minced lambs breast or minced chicken wings.
I have also introduced a male puppy (now 13 weeks) who seems to follow the lead of the older dog. He already has dropped his midday feed.
Any ideas
