Big Paws Only Dog Forums

Sugar and Spice are almost a year old.  We got them 4 months ago, and cannot keep them in a fence.(4 ft high, and elecxtric on top) Currently they are house dogs (gulp) and chew everything in sight.  At night, if there is any paper they can get to, it's shredded.  Last night they chewed a pillow from the sofa.

Can anyone offer a suggestion to contain the guys?  Hubby's ready to give them away.  Right now the next alternative is to pen them with wire on the ground and on top.
