Hello All-

I'm glad to see some shepherd lovers here!  My name is Renee and these are my girls Hana and Peeka Boo.   Hana (the black one) is a rescued dog, she was neglected so escaped, got kicked by a horse, and when she yelped got mauled by a great dane.  She was just a puppy.  Actually a coworker recscued her and we took in her and I've never regretted it!  My other dog Peeka is a shepherd mix and we adopted her from the local SPCA.  I'd never been acquainted with shepherds before and now I am a true fan.  I absolutely love everyone's pics!

I guess I'm second to the group.  I have a GSD and and shepherd mix, both are rescued.  I found out about this from the orthodogs site.  My GSD Hana just had TPLO surgery on January 29 to repair an ACL tear.  It's been something of an adventure.  I hoping that I will be able to get some great information from other owners about this wonderful breed!
