I just want to wish you the best of luck with everything! We just brought an adult female dobie into our home about 2 days ago and so far everything is going great.

We just got Mandy yesterday(July 13) at the humane society. She was brought in along with her 4 pups(dobie mixes). We we're told the guy was a total jerk! She was left in a barn and not taken care of properly and the reason why she was given up was because animal control kept coming out. Her original name is Kathy but we're trying to change it to Mandy. She is so good and no accidents so far! Her paper(the guy filled out) said that she was a biter, stayed outside all the time but was allowed on furniture Huh, She has never met kids but has bitten them Huh, and she hated strangers... we have not seen any of that at all! She's been the sweetest thing gets along with my niece and along with Maggie, we haven't introduced her to Marty or Alex yet.

Hello! My name is Megan, I'm 15 yeras old and new to this board, although I did join awhile ago I just started to come on here. I have only one big dog named Maggie, she's a doberman and 3 small dogs, a tea cup chihuahua named Dolly, a miniature dachshund named Marty, and a miniature poodle named Alex. We rescue and foster animals so that's how we got Dolly and Alex. Maggie was given to us and Marty was a present to my little sis from her dad. We also have 5 cats(2 of them fosters), 3 birds, 1 guinea pig, and 1 horse. Anyways I think I'll really like this place, I adore big dogs and thinik their great!
