I just want to throw it out the window then go to the garage and get a sledge and beat it to pieces. I have not been able to access the internet for 2 days.  >:( But I'm back now wondering what I have missed.

Saint Bernard General Discussions / i just have to brag
« on: October 03, 2005, 03:59:13 am »
We went to the Fredericksburg Dog Festival yesterday and I entered Molly (who is now 13 1/2 weeks old) in the Simon Says obedience contest and she tyed for 3rd place. I didn't think she would even last very long being so young but she did great and I'm so pround of her. She also walked aroung the ring with my 3 year old for the child show and won biggest puppy. They all won something for that. I just had to brag. I was so much fun and that is why I entered her. :D :D :D

Saint Bernard General Discussions / Molly starts puppy training class
« on: September 22, 2005, 02:47:11 am »
Tonight is Molly's first puppy training class. I'm so excited (I think because I know this will be easier than training my 3 year old son). I just worried she is going to try to lay down and fall asleep in the middle of class. She is so lazy. Wish us liuck.

Saint Bernard General Discussions / grooming tables and grooming products
« on: September 14, 2005, 12:05:32 pm »
Does anyone use a grooming table? And if you do how do you get a large adult dog on the table? I just bought one because I thoght it would be easier to groom on.

What type of grooming products does everyone use?

I was also wonder what kind of shampoo to use for my saint to get her white the brightest without making her other colors dull?

Saint Bernard General Discussions / Missing my new baby
« on: September 13, 2005, 08:43:40 am »
Molly is at work with Daddy and I am missing her bad. :'( It's her first time there. We had to wait until she could get a bath (she was spayed right before we picked her up) and hubby works at an auto shop and the dogs get greasy and dirty when they go. Our retriever, Abbi goes there at least once a week, but this time i actually am missing my saint. I know it is good for them because they get to meet new people and are around alot of different sound s that they don't hear at home and . I am counting the hours til they come home. Which really doesn't do any good because as soon as hubby gets home I leave to go to college. That way our 2 legged kids always have one of us hear with them. Oh well, I'll get to cuddle her at 10:30 pm when I get home from school.

Saint Bernard Pictures / New puppy is home
« on: September 10, 2005, 07:06:30 pm »
We have our new puppy home. It was worth the long drive and I'm so in love. We decided to name her Molly after a tebby bear I had when I was younger named Molly. She so reminded me of that stuffed bear. Everything went well with our other dogs. Molly and Abbi our Golden/Lab have become best buddy.

Introduce Yourself to the Forum / Hi new here
« on: August 30, 2005, 02:16:19 pm »
Hi everyone. I'm new here and enjoying what i've been reading. We have a breagle, a golden retriever/ lab mix, and 3 cats. This weekend we are picking up our newly adopt saint bernard puppy. She will be 9 weeks old tomorrow. We are so excited. We also have a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. We foster for our local SPCA and the Human Society. So as you can tell we love animals. We haven't been able to pick a name for our new addition yet but would love any suggestions.
