Medical Conditions & Diseases / SURGERY FOR JAZ!!
« on: March 13, 2007, 09:42:33 pm »
Jaz has come down with canine papalloma virus...which would go away on its own..(warts in mouth) but she has one that is interfering with her eating...so tommorow at 8:10 am she is having surgery...kind a nervous here since the spay was kinda sketchy pulling out of it...but one little wart the size of a small pinky nail is costing me $500 (!) and i now that it would go away on its own...from what i have been told and the dr. says, but they think she will bite into it...so i am kinda scared for her to go under...especi ally in the vet because she is deaf, and partially blind...and i am feeling for her right now... sorry for rambling... i am scared for her!!!

Old English Mastiff Discussions / looking for mastiff pup
« on: March 08, 2007, 01:48:00 pm »
we are getting married in august and want to add a mastiff puppy to the family. Does any one know any breeders from MA all the way to IN? We are traveling in an RV for our honeymoon and would like to pick one up on the way back...any one know of any great breeders? We would like a male (since we have only had females) and color doesn't matter...but what does matter is the cost of the pup... no more than $2000..preferable under that..although i have not been lucky so far..does anyone know anyone who can help us out?

Medical Conditions & Diseases / immune system
« on: March 08, 2007, 01:41:24 pm »
Hello, Ms. Jazmine puppy...has developed warts in her mouth. The vet said they want to have one of the 2 removed, although i have heard that they do just go away. NOW the thing is should i have them removed? What can i use to help her immune system to build up? The vet said it was odd that she is developing them now especially because she is 15 months old.  What suppliments can i use/??????  (ALSO SHE has diarreah for some odd reason...so i know her immunity is down)

Helpful Groups & Dogs in Need / GREAT DANE ON CL PLEASE ANYONE HELP HER???

Female Great Dane needs home -- Thu Sep 07 -- (Brockton)
email: anon-204115552@craigslist.org

I have a 1 year old female Great Dane that I must part with. It's either me or the dog that has to go according to my wife. She is a very good house dog well behaved. She loves small children, well actually anybody that pays her any attention she loves. You must have a fenced in yard though because she needs to get out and run around for proper exercise. She eats a large amount of food so you must be prepared to spend around $100 a month on food alone. If you are interested I'd love to hear from you.

Great Dane Discussions / Kicking in the head
« on: September 07, 2006, 03:58:44 am »
So lately Jazmine has been itching her face, then she keeps kicking herself in the head and then biting her foot.  She will be licking her "wooo whooo" and her foot keeps kicking her in the head...she gets mad at it and bites it..sometimes too hard and she gets up and almost growls at it...lol. Anyone elses dog kick themselves in the head... it isn't itching...it is with the hock almost the pad...
