Behavior, Housebreaking, Obedience / hello i am new and have a question

Hello, i am new to the board and i have a great dane puppy. She is a deaf, merelyquin 9 months old. She is great could not ask for anything more 
but... one problem is that she is housetrained.. . doesn't go when we are not present..altho ugh when we are present she will pee a huge waterfall in front of me looking right at me. She doesn't ask to go out, i just take her out when i feel she has to go. This is the third time in the three months that i have had her (twice this week) On weekend she does it too. Any suggestions on why she does this? She is great for 9 hours we are working..not one mistake, but when we are home she seems to have no problem going. It is not a submissive thing... i take her out all the time..everyhou r when home....she is fine when we are away for hours...just not when we are home.. any help?
