Brushing the ears
« on: September 01, 2006, 07:48:31 am »
Hi,

Winslow is great with letting me rake his coat and then wire brush his top coat. He does not like or want to let me comb his ears  ::). What do you do to comb the ears he is getting tons of knots and I'd like to figure out how to comb that particular area with out all the head shaking!!.

perhaps his ears are painful due to the knots. Something that helps is johnson and johnson hair detangler... works wonders on matts and everything... you can also use a leave in conditioner and that will lessen the knots too.
