I just wanted to say thanks again for the absolutely beautiful portrait of my guys.  I would like to introduce everyone to Ruger (orange tabby) my first pet after leaving home to go to college and Barrett (Rottie/Shepherd) my first large paw.  Barrett was Ruger's puppy as much as he was my baby boy.  You did such a wonderful job capturing their personalities that I just had to share.  Thanks again.

Awww... thanks!!! I need to get you a better scan of that portrait, don't I!!!! :D

I'm so glad you like the portrait. I really feel like I got to know Ruger and Barrett while I was working on it. ;D I guess that's what happens when you look at an animal's face every day for a month (or longer? ;))!!!

I am a professional artist, I have been doing commissioned animal portraits for about 12 years now. And I still haven't done my own dogs! (Bad artist mommy! Bad!!! ;))
