I'm so sorry, I know all to well what you're going through (I experienced one in July of this year). I know there's not much anyone can say to make you feel better (but as you've stated) sometimes it's for the best if it wasn't meant to be...
I tried to take the positives out of it. For instance, at least now you know you're able to get pregnant (Eric and I had been trying for about a year and a half when it happened), and please also know how common misscarriage is. It's crazy how many people go through it!
It also helped us a lot to grieve over the loss of the baby, to put some closure on the situation.
