I had no idea what a Snood was until you mentioned them and then of course I had to look it up. From what I saw on the site, I don't see why they won't keep a doberman's ears warm. But I'm not sure if that was a factor in the design or not. It seems to be geared towards show dogs especially those with large ears or with long hair. he Dog Snood keeps the dog's ears from falling into the water bowl, or from getting matted when the dog eats.
