Frosty Paws anyone?

I thought I would post this as its getting warm and my dogs LOVEEEE frosty paws.

Take
2 ripe banannas
1 cup peanutbutter
2 cups shaved/chopped ice
1 cup plain yogurt

blend together until smooth, pour into dixie cups and let freeze- 3 hours later, doggie ice cream!


Shawn and her
3 Golden paws
2 Kitty-paws
3 Macaws
6 lovebirds
4 ferrets
+ dozens and dozens o' rescues and fosters

Hmmm...we'll have to make that for Bear. I'm sure he'll like it as much, if not more than Cold Stone.  :D

maybe i'll make that for myself  ;) good idea though for when the summer hits here, i'm sure they would love it, i gotta save that recipe!

i think that's the same recipe that i used for fumble once and he LOVED the stuff!!!  although we always usually go get some vanilla soft serve come summer time!  he definately knows when something is for him too! it's hilarious!

Oooohhhh this looks good! I am so going to make a batch for my pups, unless of course I eat it all myself  ;D thanks for posting the recipe!

Thanks so much for that recipe!  Do you think it would still turn out if I were to use Lactose Free Milk instead of Yogurt?  I may have to try it, I bet Koby would love that this summer!

No problem hehehe!

And of course you can sub the yogurt; one of my cresteds cant stomach milk and we use soy based yogurt that you can get at health food stores. Also, you can just skip the yogurt all together and add more ice it comes out mostly the same !

OH I've never heard of soy yogurt, but it makes sense!  I think I'm gonna look for that the next time we go to the store, thanks!  ;D
