I have a chart(which I don't know how old it is) that says at 8 mths they should weight 101 lbs.I just took Tub for his 8 mth weigh in and he weighed 104.9.I was at a dog show a month or so ago and there was an 8 mth old that was showing that weighed 120 lbs.

Thank you everybody you have all put my mind at rest I am not going to worry about his weight anymore.....BU T i am going to stress next week. I have made his appointment to get him neutered on Tuesday..(we haven't told him yet!!) I am having him microchipped at the same time. I hope he doesn't hate me afterwards.

I agree, all of mine are microchipped (as well as ID tagged) and it can be a lifesaver if they ever, God forbid, ended up lost & in an animal shelter.  I'm sure that he'll do fine with the neuter and be back to normal in no time.  Though lots of extra loving & treats will be appreciated, I'm sure.   ;)  ;D
