What big trouble a small dog can make

We're into Day One of dogsitting my sister's little Yorkie and it's already getting itself in trouble. We keep it in its crate since it's not potty trained [or trained AT ALL really] but we thought we'd remove the crate's top since it seemed unnecessary considering the size of the dog. But we learned it was necessary, here he is climbing up his crate! We arrived home today with him prancing around the house and probably laughing at our faces.
