Beau update

Just thought I would let everyone know he is doing GREAT! He went Friday and got neutered. He is a bit on the sore side because the vet opted to remove his entire scrotum because there was so much skin that they thought it may fill with blood and cause further issues. Anyway he is fitting in with my MIL's pack, he and her Newfie pup are best buddies. He is enjoying having all that land to run on, and he isn't bothering the cats or other critters there. She said he follows her around the house and lays at her feet. :) He is also a good watchdog, which is nice since my MIL lives out in the stix. Oh and one last note...I think he has a new name...she didn't like Beau, so he is "Emmitt" now. LOL He didn't answer to Beau anyway.

Hehehehehe, Holly is a walking Unniversity of Florida encyclopedia.  If someone was/is/or plans to be a Gator, she'll know it.  I did not know that Emmitt Smith was a Gator.

LOL even I knew that. Emmitt Smith was my cousins husbands favorite sportsman LMAO. they have autographed photos of him all over their house, well they did.... dunno if they still do. they have a cat named after him as well ;) hahaha

by the way, Jodi, thats awesome news that Beau, ER, UM, Emmitt is fitting in, and great that hes doing well. im so happy for him!

Well...I spoke too soon. Emmit is back at the vet. He tore his stitches. Since they removed all the skin from back there he had a very large incision. Sooo he has to be repaired, he may be there overnight.

Owww, poor Emmit that must really hurt!  Poor baby, I'm glad that he has your MIL & the vet caring for him.

I'm so glad that he's fit in so well at your MIL's.  That's such wonderful news and none of it would have happened if you hadn't saved him.  You did such a wonderful thing and you must feel really, really good about that!!   :-*

Too funny. The judge this weekend said Trippers were kinda small. Guess i have 8 inches to look forward to. LOL
