One Year Without Steve Irwin

I don't know how many of you were fans and kept up with his shows, but I was a big fan of his. One year ago today we lost him, and just thought I'd give my part in remembrance of this great man.. You will forever be missed Steve.

A friend at work was telling me about a show that Bindy has on Animal Planet, Bindy's House of Animals, or something like that.  She said that she was really surprised at how good it was and her boys love to watch it.  So far it looks like daughter is following in dad's footsteps.  I can't believe it's been a year already!!

I haven't seen it, but my husband caught some of it the other day. He said it was good, but still really sad. I can't believe it's been a year already either. I still think it's such an awful tragedy. Poor family.

we got a cat the day that steve died. we named him crikey in memory of him

U know, last year at this time, i had friends visiting for the long weekened. they were sleeping and darcy was at work... i was on my computer. when darcy came home (i could hear him come in) and everyone got out of bed, i walked down stairs and said "Croc hunter died" and nobody believed me. so i put on the news... boy was that a shock...
