4 months old today!

Miles is four months old today! It has been very cold and windy today but Miles loves it. He doesn't want to come in! SO, we had a little photo shoot outside. Also, I weighed him today and he's 34 pounds (at least. He wouldn't sit still for more than 3 seconds.) Does that sound right to all you pyr owners (or former pyr owners) out there? Just want to make sure he is staying on track Here are some pics:

Oh he is sooooo cute. What a honey face. Happy 4 month birthday Miles! 34 lbs is about right, I would say he is a little under but considering everything he went through with his hook worms I think he's doing fine.

He is a little behind with his weight but it's not a big deal...the slower he is growing the better.

I agree he seems a little underweight still. He eats about 4.5 cups of food a day though and leaves a tad bit in his bowl sometimes. Hopefully he'll catch up! He's pretty much been playing catch up his whole life I guess. When he was 9 weeks old, he only weighed 11 pounds! And according to the chart he should've weighed over 7 pounds more than that! Which is quite a bit of difference!

Miles hasn't eaten his food today. He won't take his favorite treat either. But he WOULD take cheese. I'm wondering if his teeth hurt or something?

Right about this age puppies start teething. Try wetting his food and see if he will eat it then

Yep. That's what I thought. I'm just such a worry wart ever since his little hookworm incident haha. He is getting alot of teeth in right now. He acted like he wanted to eat. He would eat a little then stop. And he would be excited about the treat but I'd give it to him and he'd put it in his mouth then spit it back out. Sooo. He ate about half his food and I wet the rest of it..and he gobbled it up.

They don't loose all the teeth at ones. It takes two or more months to change them all. After each tooth falls out the new one is slowly growing up

You know, I don't know if he's lost teeth yet or not, but he IS getting some in. I know there were two teeth that were coming in a little bit about a month ago. But now I see a few more. So maybe he did lose some teeth and I just haven't found them because he swallowed them or something.
