Why does Sampson's "Paw Print" lists him as a Hovawart.

I'm was confused too...I had no idea what a Hovawart was & why Sammy was one...lol...I fixed it! :) Ty for pointing it out...He wanted me to list him as a Beagle but I refused! ;D

Sammy is breed confused...He really wants to be a beagle! :o & for Halloween he is going to be either a sheep or Bullseye the horse from toy story...My daughter is going to of course be Little Bo Peep or Jessie the cowgirl. ;D

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D yup, only 2 more days!!!...Maybe we'll go with the Little Bo Peep theme & both Pippin & Samson can be sheep!...We have a Dog-O-ween parade at one of the local farm stores near here...The money raised goes to our Humane Society...I am SSSOOOOOOOOOO in this year! :D

Poor Sammy, he wants to be a beagle and his mean ol' mommy aint letting him lol.....

Galahad on the other hand really really wants to be a mastiff, and gets all sad when people ask if he is a bloodhound, or a st. bern. - boxer mix lol...

Ok group, Im a serious type Pyr owner who loves her dogs to death, but dressing them up in costumes is a totally foreign concept to me and my dogs.  Perhaps I should make Pippin stay home where he can be more serious!  Noo that wouldn't work.  Why do you think I named him Pippin?  I guess i'll just have to tell him his new mom is nuts and what to expect. After all he is a Pyr and will by his nature take care of NUTs!

K Jackie...lol.. .I promise not to dress Pippin in a swimsuit or any such thing...You have my vow!...However I can't gauruntee he won't have to be a sheep for Halloween...lo l...C'mon...think about it!...My little girl dressed al Little Bo Peep & Samson & Pippin as sheep?...Oh priceless!..lol!

OOOOHHHHHHH!...This brainstorm just in!...I will make my SON dress as a sheep, my daughter as Bo Peep & Sammy & Pippin will go as GAURDIANS!!!...That is pyrfect!!!!!!!!!!!!...Of coarse no one around here will get it as Pyrs are rarely seen in this area.

Yup, day after tomorrow we head out!!!...I am getting really excited!...It is obvious to me now for various reasons that Pippin was meant to be here...I will love that little boy with all my heart!...I am quite anxious to get him home but I will be sad for Jackie when he leaves...I hope he adjusts to us easily & doesn't miss everyone there too much.

I would like to leave around 6 or 7 a.m...It's a 10+ hour drive...We want to have the dogs meet at the hotel on neutral territory Sat. night...So, yeah, we're taking the BigWhiteStinky Dog as my kids call him! ;D
