Grace's visit to the vet today
« on: January 03, 2008, 07:05:47 pm »
I am so relieved and Grace is a little miffed that they all wanted to pick on her leg and poke her and bend her.  and of course she wouldn't relax.
but the vet thinks she only strained something.  especially since she's not lifting her leg off the floor to walk and she is showing signs of improvement. also there's no swelling on any of the key joints.
so, a bit of good news. but she's on restricted activity for 4 weeks.

That's great news that it's just a strain.  Give her a big kiss for me.

thanks everyone.  I can't believe it's true.

And Lard Butt, has gained 7 pounds since i put her on bed rest 2 weeks ago...or since the snow started to fly.  she's a whopping 113 now.  when the weather breaks we have to loose a few.

:)  it is excellent.  she is an excellent pupper and patient.
and yes...there is room on the couch for you.  the more the merrier.  she's taking pride in hogging the bed too.
