anyone in MA willing to help with training?

I need to work with strangers (to the dog) to help with some fear issues.  Is anyone in Ma available to help at anytime? We need to help with what her owners call "protection" when in fact it is not, it is a non-confident dog who is trying to find where she belongs in the world.  She is trying so hard, and i just need help from dog knowledgeable people.
