He's a very handsome boy!!!  And very active from the looks of it!!  Are you with a Shutzhund(sp?) group or do you just do the training yourself?
God placed me on this earth to accomplish certain tasks...I'm so far behind I'll never die!!

Navarre: GSD 9/13/99-5/14/06 patiently waiting
Issabeaux: GSD 1/27/07
Daphne: Boxer
Stone: Siamese mix

Im new to here too  :) I've not got a GSD just now but have had them in the past and am VERY much in awe of them, a wonderful noble and gentle breed, make great family pets. I haven't seen many all blacks. Have you had him since he was a pup? He is lovely. What kind of training is it you are doing with him?

I got Jewel when he was 4 month old in NJ about 3 year ago, He is registered with ACA and I have his history 9 deep, all GSD with no mix.  I did now show him at all (I don’t even know where to start and it maybe to late for that). I was able to find a Russian trainer who came from Vladivostok (Siberia), 25 years K9 boarder patrol trainer. Jewel started with him when he was 6 month old.  Jewel in on an interesting diet: oatmeal and chicken gizzards, turkey necks, veal hearts all cooked. Apples, barriers, carrots, bananas and greens all puréed, sugar bones, little row veal and eggs.  I can’t talk to the breeder that I got Jewel from he died about a year ago.  I got him checked out x-ray; hips shoulders all results came back perfect. About prong collar here some other pictures:

I HAVE ONE MORE PICTURE TO SHOW: LOL
i just need to find a good name for it: HELP?

Love the head shot of him  ;D I'm not sure if its too late to start showing him but maybe you should look into it. My last GSD was a very handsome boy too and I wished I had looked into showing him when he was young. If he is well trained already then it might not be difficult to start on the show circuit now (best to ask someone with experience though) My husband would like an all black GSD but here in UK they are quite rare, I've only seen the long haired ones too and they have a waiting list. Wish you both all the best  :)
