I'm working on learning how to do the top stitching too. it's so tedious that it's easier to just tack the pieces together once the layers are together. I don't have a machine big enough to machine stitch the hand quilting part. but the tacking seems to work for now. I love to play with all the colors and pick the weirdest ones to see what they will do.

Yup, Lady was blue.
I'll have to make a purple blanky for Grace. I love purple. it just hasn't worked out that way yet.
Anyway....this is the almost finished thing...border s and all. I tore apart the bedroom so I could lay it flat to tack it with pins for putting on the final touches.
