Water Work, Water Play...

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this book?  I would really like to see if Sierra can be trained for water work, and this seems to be the only book anyone recommends as far as training materials go, but I can't find a copy anywhere.  I've tried bookstores, Amazon.com, ebay.  Only one hit came up on ebay and of course someone outbid me at the last minute.  I don't know where else to look.
