Speaking of does your dog do this

Does anyone else have a dog who barks at himself? Every time Syrus gets an itch he first looks at it then yarks at it, then scratches it. It's too funny and I will try to get it on video sometime. I just never know when an itch is about to happen. :D

Sophie just looks at him like he's crazy.

Grace barks at her butt once in a while.  Other times she barks to let me know she wants me out of bed or now to tell me she wants the mini rott stuffie on the top shelf.

It could be perfectly normal dog antics, but be careful. Some dogs will develop a form of obsessive compulsive disorder that causes them to focus on strange things like reflections or floating fuzz. They can become so entranced that its hard to get back their attention. Also, dogs that seem to bark, or growl at their own body parts may have a behavioral disorder and possibly injure themselves. Just keep an eye on it. If everything seems ok, great! If not, you might want to talk to a vet or behavior specialist.
