Is that a recognized color for a newf?

"A righteous man regardeth the life of his animals" Proverbs 12:10
Meli - Golden retriever
Timber - newfie/border collie X
2 skin kids - ages 5 & 8
2 cats - Maui and Maea (who own us all)

But not in Canada where the breed originated at:
CKC:
The traditional colour is black. A sunburned black is permissible. White markings on chest, toes and/or tip of tail are permissible. Markings of any colour other than white are most objectionable and the dog is to be disqualified. The Landseer Newfoundland is white with black markings, and is of historical significance to the breed. The preferred pattern of markings for the Landseer is black head with white blaze extending onto the muzzle, black saddle and black rump and upper tail. All remaining parts are to be white with a minimum of ticking.

I have an AKC registered grey newfie girl . Her face is silver but the rest of her body is almost a cream color (her sire is a brown) so I'm not really sure what's she's considered now ! LOL

Here's a picture of her last April when she was about 6 months old . She's really lanky and gangly looking now . LOL
Oh , and yes , she has no tail . Was docked at 3 days old due to an infection ....
