That's very nice of you to make quilts just for Grace, what a lucky pup 
I am very impressed, it's a challenge for me to just sew on a button and I still use iron on tape to hem my pants. I do love quilts, years ago when we lived in the Philippines I paid someone to make me a quilt after I bought the material and picked out the pattern.
