Where do I go to purchase a draft cart?

(1/2) > >>

My hubby was thinking of making one, and though he is pretty handy I have my doubts about his abilities with this one!

Where can we go (online or in real life) to purchase a drafting cart for Tucker?  Doesn't have to be super fancy, just the regular cart to teach him to pull behind him. We can tell he is happiest when "working", such as playing with his puzzle toys, or when on a walk wearing his backpack...(we keep it empty so far).

thanks and merry christmas!!

I foung this link through one of the Newf boards.  There are a lot of carting Newfs out there.  In fact, we're going to a Newf carting test at the end of Feb.

These folks have some very nice carts and carting "accessories".  You may want to make an inexpensive cart and see how Tucker likes carting.  We made a cart for Cirra to try using garden cart wheels.  Unfortunatly, she hasn't been able to practice much.  We did attend a beginners workshop which was vey helpful.

That is a great website! Thank you!  Good tip on the trial cart too. I know hubby could make the CART, its the harness part that had me wondering how we'd do it, what we'd use..
