Tonight Grace brought home a roll of paper for a calculator. I'm baffled as to who would toss something like that out and why it's so interesting to her.

Lin, she is so funny, she takes so much pride in everything that she brings home. I bet she could find a needle in a hay stack.

she is good at finding needles in haystacks. she found a guy's cell phone last year. i walked right over it, but she put her nose to the ground and picked it up. i got it out of her mouth and called the guy (his number was on the case). he thanked me for finding it and i told him it was the dog who found it. he got a laugh out of that.
