pedigree papers?
« on: July 11, 2009, 06:01:05 pm »
When I bought Gibson I got a pet certificate from the CKC.
He is a year old now. I just bought a female Landseer, New Foundland and in the mail I got a membership card for the CKC. Nothing about Brandi. It isn't really that important I wouldn't part with her and I know she is pure bread.

You need to contact the breeders or wherever you purchased her to get her papers- she is indeed pretty.  Is that Continental or Canadian KC for the papers?

That is Canadian. I did talk to the breeder. I changed her name after I got her. Called them and they said it would be looked after. I just wondered if I was rushing things and they would come yet, or I was to do it myself.

It can take several weeks but you should still keep in touch with the breeder so it doesn't get forgotten
