I have always been so tempted to start a newfie family and begin breeding.....b ut It must be VERY DIFFICULT to give those puppies up! I remember Rocky's breeder walking away from our van and wiping tears away as we drove away with him...but I guess you JUST KNOW when you have found the right family for your pups..

I cry
when he leaves tomorrow i will cry, but it will be selfish tears.
i worry, i worry more than anyone will ever know.
i try to remember though, how happy and responsible i was with my four newfs i bought,
i do go thru a major depression when they all leave, but, keeping one helps ;)

Yep....that's one of the reasons I could never be a breeder......I'd never be able to give up a pup!  It was all I could do to leave the breeder with just Chester....I would have happily have taken all 12!  I had to promise "darling husband" that we'd never have more than two dogs.....and I made him promise we'd never have less than two! ;D
