Hello from Ohio!
« on: September 26, 2005, 09:41:31 am »
Hi everyone, I love all these Boxer pictures! My boxer is wayyy bigger than the standard, but I guess that makes him a great fit for BPO! ;D  We also adopted a boxer mix that we fostered for boxer rescue. Rudy's mom was a purebred boxer who found herself pregnant, and in a dog pound. Our rescue took her in. When she gave birth, we agreed to foster "little" Rudy. . and then we kept him. By his size, I think he is also part Great Dane.  Hard telling. . .but he's a one of a kind, doofus, loving, dog.
Until there are none-rescue one!

Welcome, I'm new here too:)  I saw the baby picture of Rudy, and I can't believe you thought you were going to only foster him ;)  As if anyone to give up a puppy that cute after having them around for even an hour :D

WELCOME! I was just out in Columbus last weekend watching the Buckeyes kick the crud out of Iowa State.  Did my traditional visits to Bob Evans, Sliders and the Market over by Short North.  I must gain 5 pounds every time I visit family out there, all we do is EAT!!!  Gunner and Rudy are great looking dogs.

Ok, have the picture posting figured out- thank you! Newf- we're Buckeye fans also! Summer- thanks! It is tough to part with fosters, he's the only one we ever caved in and adopted.  Here is picture of Gunner. I didn't mention Gunner is currently receiving chemo therapy for Lymphoma. We're having a very rough time right now. Wish us luck guys. . .
