GSD Puppy bonds with his new daddy
« on: October 01, 2005, 04:46:37 am »
OK the 40th time trying to post this.....

We finally picked up the puppy last night and his new daddy is head over heels in love with him.  We THINK he has a name now.  Jim has been calling him "Lucky", then today in his wonderfully tactful poliically correct way he said "That soun's kinda gay now don' it?"  So I looked up the Gaelic word for Lucky, because Jim's Irish, and it's "Sonah" which apparently Jim likes very much.  So keep your fingers crossed.  It wouldn't let me post all the pics at once, so here's the ones from last night.

AWWWW!!  Those are some great pics!  It looks like his mommy and daddy are very happy with their new baby!  Congrats to the new parents and I do like the name Sonah, very unique!

They came over today so I could give the bugger a bath (Oh the joys of being the dog lady), and it was so cute the way that he toddled over to Jim that I just had to take a few shots.  OK a lot of shots.

Babs,

He isn't my puppy.  I found him for my fiance's best friend because he doesn't know the first thing about finding a breeder.  Plus it involved puppies so I kind of nudged myself in there :)  He's 10 weeks old today and weighs 25 pounds.

Well, what a lucky dog to have a boy all his own that is going to take such good care of him.

What sweet photos.

Well now doesn't he look like he's going to be a daddy's boy.  Too cute.

Yeah!
He doesn't stand a chance.
What a great looking pup, and what a proud daddy!
Now ya gotta live up to it.
And don't expect Mommy to take over just cause you gotta go to something called work!
